I needed a new stove and was lucky enough to find Sean D. at DNJ. He was referred to me by a friend who recently had an extraordinarily good customer experience thanks to Sean and when it comes to large, expensive appliances, it's a good idea to go with someone you can trust to give you that kind of service. I was also surprised when he made sure to let me know how to reach him, anytime, should I need help or have questions. I found him extremely knowledgeable about the appliances, including things like which has the bigger oven, where they're made, repair records, relative quality - basically all the info I needed to make my decision. I did other research online and with other retailers to confirm what he told me, but he stood out as knowledgeable, patient, and willing to answer all of my questions, and ready to help. I needed the stove, asap, but I'm going to buy several more appliances to complete the kitchen renovation. I can't take chances with others who may or may not be reliable, so I plan to buy them all from Sean D.
