A hi-tech experience in household appliance!

It's wonderful upgrade from a simple refrigerator. My kids just love the Family Hub. They scribble and draw, watch youtube, see what's inside the fridge from the screen. Only complain is I am not able to add apps directly here. I think I will need to have a separate Samsung tablet or phone, an account and then add apps to that account to sync with Family Hub. This process should have been simpler without the need of a tablet or phone.

I love the unit, but it dumps ice in the tray even when its full, it is very hard to get to items that fall under the freezer drawer. The interaction has no direction of how to maximize its use or how to connect other apps or smart items. I love the cameras, recipes, shopping list and the bright lighting. I do wish it was Google or android user friendly and not just Amazon so it can connect to other units in my home that are not Amazon without going through my phone.

I bought the black stainless steel as I have previously had regular stainless steel refrigerator, I was hesitant at first but as soon as I got it, I was exceptionally pleased how beautiful it looked. The functions are wonderful and easy to navigate on my phone and on fridge. I love how the screen saver corresponds to the current weather in my area. Everything about this refrigerator has met my expectation. I am very happy with my purchase.

i purchased all new kitchen appliances in july 2021, all samsung black stainless steel. the black stainless steel coating is peeling and flaking off all of my appliances. do buy the black stainless steel, try another option. all of the communtiy forums i have read, said samsung was not helpful with this issue.

Great fridge, worst ice machine

the refridgerator is great but the ice maker is the worst ice maker i have ever experienced in my life. the ice maker clogs ice, freezes up and needs to be defrosted with heat gun at least 10 x per year. i have replaced it twice in 3 years and i am about to throw out the refridgerator because of it.

Samsung appliances are the WORST

Frustrated at samsung 3/7/2021

we bought this fridge brand new along with a new stove and dishwasher and we are extremely disappointed snd beyond frustrsted. our fridge ice despenser flap won't stop opening and closing and it's driving us bonkers. we can't a hold of anyone to come fix it. it's now outside the warranty so we have to pay for someone to come out. when we've had multiple people out to fix our brand new appliances, they assume they know the fix and only do that one thing and nothing more even if it doesn't fix it. we like samsung for tvs but stay away from any of their appliances.

Fun & Just Cool

love ny fridge - we've had for a year now and it has performed beautifully. i use it for recipes, my shopping list (which i can view fr my smart phone) and we always play music during our family meals. it is connected to my samsung tv as well. the kids use it for entertainment, or to ask bixby for information while doing homework at the kitchen table. we post messages to each other and post our latest photos for display. the kitchen is our most used room in the house and we love the fridge. so far, it's been well worth the investment.
